The Western Herald - Local police to buckle down on buckling up

The Western Herald - Local police to buckle down on buckling up: "'There is no such thing as speed traps, as some drivers may be led to believe,' said Lt. Brian Uridge of the KDPS traffic enforcement division. 'Our main focus is seat belt violations, but we may catch motorists who speed too. Our officers work mostly in areas where there is a high volume of complaints and cases of speeding and other traffic problems.'"
