Enforcing safety, not revenue: South Florida Sun-Sentinel: "Enforcing safety, not revenue...A bigger step would be for the Florida Highway Patrol to modify the way that its officers enforce traffic laws. They should focus on improving highway safety by ticketing all unsafe driving practices, instead of just setting up speed traps where convenient for the purpose of acquiring revenue."
