Can You Beat a Speeding Ticket? San Antonio Texas

San Antonio Police Department, Officer P. Knutson, a 13 years vertern has heard it all. He says most speeders, 'The majority are truthfully honest and cooperative. It's just that ten percentile or one percentile that will be trying to get out of it.' Does that work? Trooper Paul Waggener with the Department of Public Safety, says a driver can't talk the officer out of writing a ticket in most cases.
