SunPass Holders Recieve Severe Penalties: Rack Up Fines and Lose Licenses
SunPass Holders are responsible for:
- Changing transponder batteries when they become low
- Keeping mailing address current
- Keeping credit card or bank information current
- Keeping license plate numbers current
- Keeping car info current
Penalties Include:
- Fines (First $25, then $165)
- Drivers License Points (adds 3)
- License Suspension (at 12 points license is suspended)
