Modoc County-Alturas Branch is located at 205 S. East Street in Alturas. Phone number 530-233-1267. e State Traffic School sends the completion certificate directly to the court for you. If you desire, you may either order a copy of the completion certificate when you enroll or you may print out a confirmation page showing that you passed the course from your computer. To our knowledge, the Alturas Branch may grant traffic school due date extensions on occasion. These requests normally must be made in person. e State Traffic School has successfully graduated numerous students from the Alturas Branch.
