How quickly can I finish this California Traffic School course?
The great thing about California Traffic School is that you work at your own pace. No one is sitting over your shoulder making you slow down or speed up. The average completion time varies on your reading ability, but should never take more than an actual sit down class.

How long does it take to get the certificate from California Traffic School?
There are different ways of receiving the completion certificate. Because of security reasons, it is impossible for you to print your own certificate, so the original certificate must be sent directly from our office to the court to you (some courts allow email). When you enroll, you may choose for regular mail or expedited service.

Does the California Traffic School course cost anything?
Unfortunately, California Traffic School does have a cost to attend. The price will cover all elements of the course including immediate access to the site (attendance of a test site) and the completion certificate. Regular in-class traffic school courses charge similar fees.

Is the court fee the same as the traffic school fees?
Unfortunately, all fees paid to the court are separate from fees paid for actual traffic school. Although many courts call the $29 or $30 paid in addition to the bail amount a "traffic school" fee, it is actually only an administrative fee. California Traffic School/e State Traffic School is privately owned and operated and does charge a fee....as do all traffic schools.

How can I pay for the California Traffic School course?
You can pay for the California Traffic School course many different ways, either by credit card, check debit card, check or money order. After you complete the initial registration page, you will be linked to a completely secure credit card page where you pay quickly and effortlessly. The site is encrypted to make your on-line purchase safe. You can also pay for the course by check or money order. Make sure, however, to send the check or money order before you complete the course or your certificate will not be processed.

What if my deadline for completion of the traffic school course has passed?
Contact your court directly for instructions regarding extension of your due date. California Traffic School/e State Traffic School cannot extend your due date.

Can I use someone else's computer or Internet service?
That is what makes this course so easy and great! You can take this from home, work, a friend or family's house, your local library, or you can even rent time on the Internet at Compusa. Whatever computer you use, you simply need Internet access. You can also start on your own computer and then finish on another. *This program also works with WEBTV.

Must I complete this California Traffic School course in one sitting?
No. California Traffic School/e State Traffic School is designed for the person who does not have a lot of time. The course is broken up into five (5) sections. You can complete one segment, for example, log off, and then log back on at a later time, and the computer will record the section you have completed. You can log on and off as many times as you wish until you complete the program. You can also do the entire course in one sitting.....it is up to you.

What if I have no e-mail address?
Do not worry if you have no e-mail address, as one is not needed to take this course. Any correspondence can be directly printed off the program or be done via mail or telephone. On the registration just skip the email field it is not mandatory. You may also use a friend's e-mail address, if you wish.

I have already enrolled. How do I get back into the program?
If you have already enrolled, you have a username and password. You may re-enter those codes on our home page where instructed as many times as necessary to access and complete the program or login here

If you have forgotten or lost your username or password, give us a call at 877-972-4665.

I just got knocked off line in the middle of a section. What do I do now?
Many Internet users are knocked off line frequently. This may result from a lost Internet connection, another call interrupting your connection if you are on a single line with call waiting, or simply because your own computer crashes. Remember, as you complete each section of the course, your progress is logged. Completion of chapter one, for example, cannot be lost if your answers are submitted to the system and graded on screen. Being knocked off line at that point, will only bring you back to the start of the next chapter, it will not delete chapter one. Our website is unable to control your Internet connection and inactivity on your part will not result in our system knocking you off line. Any activity requirements will be on the part of your Internet service provider.

Are there any special computer or download requirements to participate in the course?
There are no videos to download in our program and no special requirements of your computer. If you are on this screen and on our website, you can enroll and complete the course without a problem.

What happens if I fail the final? Can I take it again?
You may take the final an unlimited number of times without having to pay a retake fee. A new final will appear on screen immediately when you fail.
